It is used to describe the fall of the king of Babylon in Isaiah.Second of all, there is no biblical evidence Satan was ever good or he ever chose to become evil.Third of all, it is pure speculation to state Satan had or has free will.The rest of your post is not worth addressing because it is based on the three false assumptions I pointed out above.
