You have a browser hijacker, and probably more virus'. You need to download a good antivirus, and run it in safe mode only. If your computer will let you, go to housecall.trendmicro.com. No www. and no safe mode required for that one. And if you can't, get someone to download an antivirus on disk. One more thing, you can reset your internet explorer 7 and see if that works. Go to tools, internet options, go to advanced tab, and click reset internet explorer. You can also go to start, windows marketplace and search internet explorer 7 and redownload it.
