Where can you find people who sell domains in bulk or is this usually through a domain registrar?

If you are to ask me, I'd rather buy it from a domain registrar. You can even get some freebies and discounts if you do. Unless you want to purchase established domains in bulk, I suggest a domain registrar is the best choice.

I still find that godaddy.com are the best and at $0.99 for a .info...you cant beat em

If you are going to buy in bulk i would have to say go with a very reputable company as you will find that you may not get them as cheap as you like but will get a first class service in most casses.
