PLEASE help with Google Adsense ???!!!?

my account has reached not 100 it did reach 200 $ but google never sent me my money whts going ON?? i did the taxes paper and i got my Pin number i entered it and i chose the payment type the elctonic transfeer to my bank but they never send the payment??? now evry time i try to conact them the ask me to enter the Cheque Number ?? wht is the Cheque Number ???do they mean the Pin number which i got 4 month ago?? please some one help me with this i am so confused
