Google adsense for blogger questions?

Ok i am a member on blogger and i want to get adsense but not anytime soon because i dont want google to cancel my account because i have no traffic on it but before i get it i want some questions answered. thnx1. Do i need money to start adsense ?2. Can i post it on as many blogs as i want or is there a limit ?3. Can i tell my friends to click on it ? 4. When i sign up and fill out the information how long do i wait ?5. Does it really work ?6. Right now i could post ads on my blog but i didnt put any billing info. wut does that mean ?thnx alot
