First let me know why are you getting a doubt of adsense account suspension? If you click on your own ads, if you put content against the terms of Google adsense, If you request visitors to help you by clicking ads,try to manipulate artificial clicks, your adsense account most likely blocked.It is not necessary to be a web designer/developer to use adsense. If you get your site designed effectively while launching that's enough to work with adsense.Google hardly deactivate suspended accounts as per my knowledge.Make a site with unique content,which brings you more traffic(visitors), need minimum SEO(search engine optimization) to get traffic.
