You need to make sure you have a website up and running with adsense on it. Along with using adwords you need other sources of traffic because adwords advertising will add up. Must have interesting content on your site. Make site SEO friendly. There is lots of work to be done if you do it right, and it will take some time. It dosent happen over night. Just keep doing you research, there is tons of resources out there.
