Is google ranking more favourable then good content in a blog ?

I have total 3 blogs in blogger.in my first blog i.e http://cbse-sample-papers.blogspot.com i have good content but not good google ranking and in another http://guruofsoftwares.blogspot.com i have ok google ranking but not good content and in http://naviarora.blogspot.com i have moderate ranking and content.

If around one keyword you don't have the competitors with good content your blog spot is ranking better then your competitor.The blog ranking more fast but the web is more stable in the rank.
