Google updated its page rank ?

hias you know google updated its pagerank some weeks ago and i had a blog which its pagerank was 0 but now its 4 but i don't know why my blog visitors didn't increase(it was about average 3000 visits a day from 2 months ago and now it's the same) i have checked its pagerank with google toolar and some site and all show 4. i expected with the increase of 4 my blog visitors become very high i don't know is it normal?any help i thank you

Maybe people aren't interested in the topics on your blog.I often don't look past page one!Try joining forums that include topics that your blog is about or even try writing the website URL on bills!
