How can my blog recover from a PageRank decrease - from 5 to ZERO!?

The only thing I have done that might be "frowned upon" are post some PayPerPosts. Will removing these from my archives help better position my blog for when it gets checked again? Traffic is UP, inbound links are up, etc. Help!http://www.jobacle.com
