How to increase page rank in google?

Does the back links of sites with different contents increase page rank? If my site is on topic of "website Designing" and i get links of different sites with different topics e.g "Online Money Making", "pharmaceuticals" , "textiles" etc, will it increase the page rank of my site?Or should i get targeted back links for this purpose (Only back links with web designing websites?Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.Please tell me if you need more details.Thanks in advance.

You can use SEO tools like keyword analyzer, Meta Data, tagging etc which emensely increases the page ranking.Create Unique keywords, and ensure that you do not repeat the words too many times just to increase the keyword nos. SE robots n spiders consider it equalent to spamming.best way is to get your website reffered by websites which have good page ranking.
