Go with the Nvidia. The intel is built into the motherboard, meaning it has integrated graphics, which are worse than a dedicated card.

Both are low on games, but the 7000M is better.7000M has turbo cache, x1300 not.

Intel graphics chipset are worst when they are really pushed to limits. So go for Nvidia.

Depending on what you want it for, neither one is good or bad. Are they equal in cost, size bulk and that other stuff? Neither one is suitable for anytthing graphical (like current gaming - hey, there's always Half-Life!!). The Nvidia card hasn't gotten good buzz - it seems to exist for laptop owners who are determined to get a machine with a discrete card - which means you'll get the disadvantages of a card-machine (heavier, larger, hotter) without the pro of better graphics. As for the Intel GMA, what can be said? For people who don't need graphics and don't want to pay for them, there's the GMA.Why do you even want a laptop?
