Default Which of these two graphics cards is better?

I want to know which of these two cards is better, but I don't know what most of the specs and features mean. Can somebody help me out?http://microcenter.com/single_produc...2&CatId=319And please explain whether there's a big difference or not. What will the differences in game play be, for example? Please be specific. Thanks in advance for all your help - I appreciate it.

Well depends on what you're planning on doing with it. You dont have an AGP or pci express slot? you can get much better cards for that. Your not going to be able to play new games on high settings with any of these, but I would go with the Nvidia 8500

In games the 8500 beats the 2400 hands down:http://66.163.168.225/babelfish/tran...2findex.htmlIn HDTV the 8500 has an advantage:http://66.163.168.225/babelfish/tran...findex.htmlThe 2400 stays at a much lower temperature:http://66.163.168.225/babelfish/tran...ex.htmlOverall I would say the Nvidia Geforce 8500 is the better card.
