Unused Hosting

I have a 1-year Dreamhost Crazy Domain Insane hosting plan but still unused. I still do not have a definite plan on how I will use it. You can check the features at http://dreamhost.com/hosting.html. I would like to sell it or host your site depending on what we will agree on. You can post your offers here.

Do you still have this hosting package? If so, are you someone who would have any interest in trading the hosting for writing services?
