I would say get on the phone and start calling people. They are probably just caught up with Halloween.

I'm wondering if you should call those invited. Some people just forget to respond. Or they just assume you know they are coming and will just show up. Call or email around and if you still expect a poor turn out, well I'd still have the shower. Every new mom deserves one, if it's with 3 - 4 people!

Wait until tomorrow.If no one RSVPs, it's time to make some calls and find out who plans on coming, and just forgot to RSVP.My shower is on Saturday, and nobody RSVP'd (40 invites, 7 RSVPs a week after the "RSVP by..." date) so my friend had to do some calling around to figure out if we have enough guests.Sadly, these days, a lot of people don't RSVP, and just think that everyone will magically plan around them.Just because someone doesn't RSVP doesn't mean they aren't coming.

Don't cancel....call people or have the person helping you call them. You really do need a count..even if it's one person..make the best of it. It's very possible that people got caught up on Halloween activities.

I wouldn't cancel. I would just call the people to check to see if they are coming. Most likely, they forgot. If only 5 people show up, it will be very quaint but still be fun

absolutely NOT..call the other people you invited.. you will always get a few who intend to come but never RSVP.even if its only you and 1 other person and the mom.. thats still a good time.. go ahead with it..

People used to call me for different events (like Baptism) two or three days after RSVP deadline so if it is not a big issue I would wait till couple days after RSVP date.

In my experience people just do not RSVP these days! I bet when the shower comes around almost everyone will show up!
