Need help from some one who knows html...?

hey, i am trying to get this scrolling text on my page to be centered right in the middle of the page. Right now it is set to positioned by the left margin, and i have it set to look great on my computer, but on every one else's computer it looks awful. (to view, go to www.ineedhelp.co.nr) I am using the following code:"Text goes here"Can any one tel me how to have that centered in my webpage so that it will be positioned in the same place on every ones computer?
