You sign up for an account, upload your files, and they give you a URL like "http://www.[hosting domain].com/[your user name]"Now if you want to run your own domain and server you will have to shell out dough to both a Domain Registrar and your ISP to give you a fixed (static, unchanging) IP address for your domain name to point to. It's best to look for free web hosters.

if its for the main pagelog into your website Account.find the file index.htmfind the option (Edit)copy the code where you have already havepaste it into your INDEX.htm.save itthere u go. your main page is done.if you want to have sub page.find the option create new file or something that similar with creating a new page or file.create the filename and do the same thing.I hope this help.
