I am looking for the best all-around html/css editor... freeware please.?

I know how to write code, but I would prefer it have wysiwyg capabilities so that I may preview my code as I work... I am super visual. It takes me much less time if I can see all of the corrections I might want to make BEFORE I publish the thing. (0: I mean, I know I can just constantly save the file and open it in a browser... but.. can you say time consuming? Especially since I am slightly obsessive about checking to see how it looks. lol.Basically, I am looking for the simplest, most effective and efficient freeware. Extra bells and whistles are unnecessary.
