Default why is this happening (html probs)?

i have 3 tables. 1 table to the left, 2 to the right. and a 4th underneath all of them. on every page the 4th table goes below both of them and spans the entire page. but for some reason, on one page the 4th table is hanging to the left and stoping in the middle of the page. btw this happens when its printed, not in the actual page and i do have a printing stylesheet

Don't use for layout, that's your first problem. Also use your print stylesheet and customize the fonts and widths to different settings that the webpage settings. For print, perhaps you should use Times New Roman instead, it looks horrible on screen but works good for printed medium which have limited space.
