How do I center an html text link on my website?

I asked a question last week about centering text in html. I didn't realize that I needed to be more specific. What I'm wanting to center is a text link to another website from my site. The centering codes for text didn't work on my link. Thanks in advance!

either in the paragraph if you have it a paragraph or in a div or

Worst case scenario, do this:Put this between the tags:a#centeredlink {display:block;text-align:ce nter;} !importantPut this in your regular HTML:Yahoo< /a>Removing the "display:block;" will probably work as well. The !important will override other CSS.(remove the space in "center" and before the /a... Yahoo is trying to re-write my post)
