I cannot post on a specific website. it says my html code is off?

Hi im trying to post on a specific website that i have been posting on for a long time now and i changed my email address but i dont think that would effect it but this is what it says:,you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:1.Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page.
