HTML help!!?

Yesterday I was writing up a code for html and when I previewed the website all the apostrophes (') were replaced with question marks (?) is there a way to write it with the apostrophes and not the question marks?

That should be the codepage, in your HTML editor check if the codepage is UNICODE(UTF-8).Try others until your characters appear right.
