If you look in the address bar of your web broser right now, there is a little image before the domaine name. Can anyone give me the HTML code and or instructions how to impliment this on my website. I think it's obvious that i'm a novice web designer so please bare that in mind when you answer my question. Mant thanks

At first you have to create an 16x16 pixel image as your icon. Image file extension should be "ico". There are two ways to include the icon:1. If the name of the image is favicon.ico. Then it is enough to upload the icon into the root directory. The browser should automatically recognize the icon. 2. Some browsers cannot do step 1, so sometimes you have to include html code in your page:This code should be written between the head tags: Remember that if you are using secure HTTP then u should use "href="https"" instead of just http.

at first you need to create favicon.ico file. after that upload it to main directory and then include this code into between head tags:
