Most probably you're computer have acquired virus while you are surfing the net. Microsoft shuts down your computer to avoid further damage to your system. The most effective solution to this problem is to reformat your computer.

They aren't doing anything you have a virus in your computer. Have you tried running your anti virus to see what it come up with and also delete all your temporary files and cookies sometimes that is the problem. also all those activeX files will sometimes really mess up a computer so go get rid of those to.

Hi~!I was wondering if you were having problems previously and, it seems as if you are. Okay, If I were there, tell me exactly what you are doing when you get these indications>? What you might try to do is: Clean up your puter as much as possible before trying to check for a virus. If you have a Ad-Aware/Spy-Bot/Registry Cleaner type program>>run them till you're satisfied that it's clean..On your browser menu tabs, go to the tools and select internet options..clear out all temp files, cookies and histories. Make sure you have a current antivirus program and it's updated. If you don't you could download any for a free 30day trial period to help clean your puter. Just be sure that your old one is atleast turned off before installing the new one? while downloading the newer one, keep it on..(I'd recommend setting up a download folder on your puter to store all downloads..example: SAVE100..this way, you can always find it..) Do all of your checking/installing of new programs in the safe mode. It's easy to do and, nothing you can do will harm your puter. Just reboot and, while it's coming back keep tabing F8 until it comes up in the safe mode..select the one for online network if you like or do it off-line..Plzs, send me a PM to let me know what's happening..If you need any virus removal program..try protectorplus for their huge list of programs you can run individually..http://www.pspl.com/download/utility.htmThe easiest thing to do is..run each one at a time untill you' gone down the entire list..after doing all of the above..reboot back to normal mode..What are you using for an O/S ??Vista or XP or???Good LUCK~!!!

DO you remember when was the last time your pc was working fine? if so try using system restore back to taht date, it could be one of many things, try and take note what you are doing when this happens, sometimes this gives you a clue where teh problem originate from, if your machine is badly infected, then get some one to fix it or if you do not have any important data, use the recovery disc to reinstall, if it blows up, i was never here
