Default does mac computers get less bugs, viruses and problems than microsoft...

...computers? if so, why?

Yes they do. Macs software is more devoloped and more hitech than microsoft. They have better pop-up blockers and filter feeders.

Yeah, Mac is based on linux meaning it is better protected.That, and most viruses target PCs so macs aren't really at risk.

Yes in general. The reason is simple. Pc is more popular so viruses will be developed to hit more people. If mac gets more popular than pc like mac wants it will have more viruses than Pc it really has nothing to do with programs within them, even though people like to say so.

yes it is true... microsft uses another type of coding and programing than mac OS. hackers have targeted microsoft OS because of its popularity. so most pc viruses can't touch macs. since there are many pc viruses than any other... obvioiusly mac doesn't affected much.

coz majority of population uses microsoft, therefore hackers spend more time creating codes to make viruses on microsoft.

yes and two main reasons. 1. better written operating sysem and 2. less people write virus and spyware programs for mac because mac is only 20% of the market.

macs are definately better than windows they dont ever get viruses and have much less problems. why, I guess its mostely just the people who build them.
