Does anyone know how I can add my own pay per click to my website?

I am interested in adding pay per click to my website. But the only problem is how do I do it? I do not want to add google adwords. I want to add my own system, I'm just wondering is their certain merchants that offer pay per click, does this have to be done by a programmer? Basically, how can I accept credit cards and have money taken away everytime someone clicks on their product?
