Pay Per Click... Please Help?

I started my own website but I do not know anything about HTML tags or anything like that. I built my website in SiteBuilder. Since I do not know how to to HTML tags, I want to advertise Pay Per Click. By doing this, does it still take months to get to the top or as soon as I bid the highest on a keyword am I number 1 right away? Please help....www.glitterstarz.com
