Paid Per View(Click?)?

You know those sites that pay you to view ads and/or click the ads for something like 1 or 2 cents. (I know they're usually a waste of time and etc etc) But I need just a little money in my paypal account that I can play with to eventually (slowly, yes, but neverless) grow. I would just put some in myself but my parents are still completely paranoid about money on the internet.Anyway, which is the best / have you tried and were happy with?
