Default What is the B/C Chord? (or is there one?)?

I was attempting to learn a song and the tab for it says one of the chords is "B/C" and I can't figure it out...What does that mean? Is that an actual chord because I can't find it... Usually that would mean a B chord with a C bass, but that doesn't make any musical sense. It would sound bad. Hmm. I wonder what song your playing.
