Please i need help asp!?

My domain has reached its bandwidth limit (501.95/500.00 Megs). Where do i have to go what shall i do...?I cant get in my cpanel, this my site http://epictureperfect.net/ i bought this site of someone and the hosting is in his account on his server i tried contacting him but no luick any other way...? please help thank u
