how do i can make a contact us page in asp.net

no more links.... if u have the code give it to me my email ..and abuses and virus will be strictly prosecuted ..no more files are called..no inline coding ..full details i want ...browsed codes have inline and other pages which are expired so pls help me mail to lixonicprincipia@yahoo.com
