How do you find and remove mal|basine-C?

The malware - Mal|basine-C was found on one of my other PCs but I casn't seem to get rid of it/ Webroot Spy Sweeper found it, quarantined and deleted it however it still remains. I have used about 6 differebt prograns but nothing seems to kill this thing. Has any of you dealt with this before??
