any website with perl source code(examples) with detailed explanation for

beginners, i want it for work place? As i don't know anything of perl, it is very difficult for me to work on the project at my office which is wholly dependent on perl, obviously when we have to work on a project we need a lot of knowledge about the language. I need a very good website which provides beginner as well as expert examples with their line by line explanations. Please help me out in this problem.
