Default I am changing the belt to the a/c pump on my 1991 chrysler lebaron. How do I...

...loosen the tension pully? There is one bolt just behind the pully that looks to be the one I am looking for, but turning the bolt does not seen to loosen the pully. Any suggestions? Thanks.
