Wordpress SEO issue, can you please help me?

I have a website, but when Google craws pages it results in results like this - http://img241.imageshack.us/img241/2940/fffffg1.jpgI think that is really untidy and will not result in many clicks for me. What do I need to do so I get nice looking results? I just want it to show a description of my choice, not any of that admin, categories stuff that you see.I am confused as what I need to do, I use wordpress.Pinks 8 - I am not sure if that what it is, doe it sound like what I am trying to do?
