SEO How do I measure if m doing well or not?

Ok friends I need your kind help in understanding if m really doing well or not. The project m working on has launched 6 months ago... currently it has a good content base and i have been doing the SEO and community buiding for it... just to add m the only SEO working... now the current position of the site is Page rank: 5Alexa Rank : 234811Monthly traffic (june): 46999absolute unique visitor: 47000 something...Now my question is as far as my understanding says... getting this number in 6 months and that to alone is a huge milestone... just let me know if you also think the same... or its my wrong perception...P.S; You can be blunt and tell me the truth... i really need this help... also if you think this is a good number... what should i be charging for it.... please help!!I m asking this question because every time I have to here... more traffic... more traffic
