I have a search engine optimization question.?

A concrete example:The keyword "junky fast food" appears only four times in an intitle:"junky fast food" search.If I were to begin my title tag with the phrase "junky fast food", and my url is junkyfastfood.com, would this pretty much guarantee me a top five listing for users who search for junky fast food?
