I am trying to increase my websites SEO score I cant figure something out PLZ help.?

This is what I get: Optimization Score: 87% Large images are missing alt text: Large images should have alt text. What does this mean and how can I fix it? And also my keywords match = 0% I feel its the correct keyword what should I do? I would post my website but not sure if it's within guidelines or not.
