Remote Directories/WWW Folders Web Hosting?

Does anyone have or know where I can find a List of what Remote Directories/WWW Folders Hosting companies use. For example Lunar Pages uses /public_html and I beleive godaddy uses /*username off customer here*. But does someone know of a place of what all or most companies use?Thanks

i dont think there is such list since it would be different for every company and so many new ones. i think you would have to email the hosting company to find out.
