Why cant I post my geocities web site on geocities directory?

When i try to post me geocities web site an error occurs saying "hey kids under 13 cant post on geocities try yahooligans." I'm 22 and thisis a lawn care business web site. I know i got my b-day right. what can i do to fix this?
