I don't mean to be rude but it's a little rich to value your business at $900 when it's only earned you $170 in the last year. At that rate it would take a buyer over 5 years to make their money back and that's IF those 4 customers stayed with you... you should also really give some information on the package sizes and prices..

I know that it is over-priced. I am just looking for buyers who are really interested. I have inquiries upto $400 for this domain name. So, if someone wants to buy immediately at that price range, i am ready to sell it.

As a resellers, we can price hosting packages as we like ( There is a minimum price level + we can add our profits ). We can even create our own packages. The backend administration is excellent and payments are perfect.

If we do not want to use existing templates ( these are somewhat a disadvantage as far as search engines are concerned as all these templates are in use by several other resellers ), you can create a small package for yourself and develop a site that looks totally different with your own brand using the API provided by the resellerspanel.

The advantage in this reseller site is its maintenance cost is about $30 per year. That is for the domain name + nameservers. All you have to do is promote it.

I tend to agree with djstonefish, also if you are paying $30 maintenance on the resellers account, I would think again about the stability and uptime of the actual server itself.

I am aware of your concerns here. The server is reliable and uptime is 99.8%. I am also a reseller for several other hosting companies. $30 per year is quite reasonable compared what others charge per month. All you need to do is to promote this site.
The site is curently google PR 2 and has 350+ backlinks at yahoo.
I am open to reasonable offers.
