Hi Alerano,You're moving in the right direction, but it'll be good to specify and plan in as much detail as possible so you know clearly what you can achieve. If you can asnwer the simple questions below, you'll be in better shape to take on the W. W. WEB in all it's confusing glory!1. What's your Website's main objective?Make lots of money? Sell lots of products? Or both?2. Who's going to make my products and how is it going to get to me?3. Who are my competitors? Can I compete with them? Do I have a concrete edge? 4. What's my USP (unique selling point)? Do I sell to a consumer's needs (essential items like bags), or wants (like ipod accessories)?5. Where will I store my products?6. How will I get my products to my customers?7. How will they pay me?8. Have I done any research into related legal matters likepermits, licencing, (if needed) and taxes?9. Why will my customers come back to my website again?10. How will I handle unhappy customers? Do I give refunds or replace defective goods?11. When will I call it a day? There's actually much more to starting a small business, so you may want to check out your community or college library. Also, books can't teach you everything so be sure to keep some $$$$ handy (when you start making money that is - don't blow it all on tequilas!!!) Life's lessons are expensive!
